renewal question

Hi All

I just got an e amail saying that my family membership payment has been taken out of my Paypal account. My current membership does not expire until January 23rd. Why so early?

The transaction was done by Paypal not the BRS. I have no control over it.

I had the same thing happen, I didn't "renew" at all yet, did I have an auto renewal setup or something?

I planned to renew but it did it without even asking me.

It is a PayPal thing, I get it..
It's actually cool, but I wasn't aware it did that.

But I "think" it's somehow setup that way by the "BRS" no? as a Subscription, not just a payment?

When you pay via Paypal you are activating a subscription service. Every year your BRS subscription automatically renews.

If you do not want to automatically renew you will need to remove the BRS subscription in your Paypal account. The BRS has no control over your Paypal subscriptions.

I had the same thing happen...how do we remove BRS from the paypal account? I've never had that happen before, I've always had to confirm I want to renew...
