post under EQUIPMENT want to buy wtd for short a rodi unit you can maybe get a unit that costs 200.00 new for 50.00 i see alot of set ups being parted out with rodi units.
1 i would look for units with clear filter bodys so you can inspect the filters without taking them apart.
2 see if they have tds meter on them, you can add one if it doesnt for 60.00 well worth it.
3 4 stage unit will work good you are bound to buy a bigger tank in the future always try to buy the best you can afford .
pm gumhead he may have a unit for sale its worth asking him i saw it and it would work good for a 30g tank
