Salt water in a box

So I am curious the salt water you can buy that in a box at like Petco has anyone use it and is it good or bad? I run on well water and don’t want to use it to set up a tank and get an Aro water from the store too much of a pain in the a**

We use it at meetings and frag shows sometimes.

No idea, but it's probably a good idea to invest in a RO/Di unit to make some water at home.

There are two types of Petco water, one is the boxed ones, which is rebadged Catalina seawater, it is good despite you need to raise the Alk level a bit.
Some Petco sell their own premix water, that should be avoided.

I was talking about the boxes one not there’s. Will and ro system clean everything out of my water because my water is not good has iron in it and Minrela deposit I have a filter on it but don’t trust it for a tank

My towns water has I believe 8 different things well past the EPA levels for human consumption, run a 5 stage filter without any issues.

I think thats proably the right way to go. The booster pump will help the rodi filter run more efficiently on a well pump system.
