I got a SKIMZ SK-210 Kone skimmer . It was new to the market .
It arrived broken . There was no US vendor/distributor confirmed yet .
I did not want to write it off on insurance with the retailer .
I contacted SKIMZ SG ( Singapore ) ..
I got a response within 24 hours .
I expressed my concerns over the incident and had a few questions about having the right pump and impeller since the their site indicated a smaller pump .
SKIMZ had not officially launched in the US yet . These were the first 120 volt skimmers .
Janet of SKIMZ contacted the tech manager . He contacted me and after many emails back and forth with questions plus confirming that I would not file the insurance with UPS he advised of a fix .
SKIMZ DHL'd in two days a brand new skimmer at no cost to me .
Prolly a rare thing but I gotta give them a thumbs up for service and support .
