some help? file size.

Thought I had a cool shot so I tried to post it. Site says a 97.7kb is max file size. I put my RAW picture in LR and exported it at 1% quality and it is still 155kb. Am I missing something? Seems like thats a pretty small file size for a "photography" thread?

In Lightroom these are the settings I use. I have a 23MP camera and never found a file that did not shrink down enough and still look good
- You can set a file size limit so it will adjust the quality so set that to desired max which used to be 150kb not 97.7kb but maybe different pages have different max?
- Resize to fit to 1024 you do not need it any larger for the forum
- Set resolution to 72 that is all you need for onscreen viewing
