Something wrong with my clownfish.

It is a small black ocellaris clownfish alone in a 10 gallon tank all by himself. Coral are doing amazing, but him not so much. He eats and swims normal but has slowly gained this small holes in his fins. There are also some white spots but doesn’t look like ick. He’s been in the tank by himself for the past month. Here is a picture from a month ago and tonight.

Anyone know what could be wrong?

That looks a little similar to it, the white spots anyways. But I’m concerned about the random small holes in his fins.

So i was looking back on pictures and turns out this is a very new thing, having trouble uploading good pictures I’ll try again tomorrow but 3 days ago from my pictures there’s no sign of anything.

If it helps the clownfish likes resting up next to my GSP. Don’t know if this could be related or not but haven’t seen anything like it.
