ok, so a few weeks ago we got 4 female square back Anthias. All about the same size. We're not seeing any crazy aggression (although seeing a little from our Flasher Wrasse). Then we lost the smallest one.
My question is this. I now have a male on hold at my LFS. Is it safe to add him at this point? One of the females does seem a little bigger than the others and maybe a little darker, but I think she's far from changing at this point.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated. I've never kept Anthias before.
