Suggestions on 250W Core/Coil Ballasts

I'm upgrading my 175w MH to 250MH. I'm using the same fixture and someone is going to wire it for me. HelloLights has a magnetic ballast and thought I would go with this one (x 2). I'm going to stick with SE instead of DE to cut down on costs....

Would an electronic ballast be better?

electronics are a few less watts for electricity but the main issue are heat and space. if either are an issue the electronics are much better.

I don't mind the heat and have the space, little more expensive but no big deal. Are electronic ballasts are available in core and coil? I want to fit 2 in the case I already have but the electronics look a lot bigger...sorry electrical stuff (and plumbing ) are not my thing
