sump / fuge turnover

hello in the process of designing my new system and looking to see what everyone else has for sump flow turnover. please list your system size too

I have about 400 gal and use a return pump that's putting out about 1000gal/hr into 3 tanks. The main tank sees about 600-700 gal/hr. I voted at 2xtotal volume.

My turnover is about the same as maurods. I don't think sump turnover is very important. It's the flow in the tank that counts.

well i understand the tank turmover is a whole different story but im looking to what other people have just so i have an idea what works better all my equiptment will be in the sump just looking for a general idea how slow is too slow
