Julian and Charles are very well known for co-authoring a revolutionary series of books called The Reef Aquarium…there are 3 volumes. Julian has published other books and written numerous articles about the hobby. He co-founded his company, Two Little Fishies, with Daniel Ramirez back in 1991. Julian is also a frequent speaker at aquarium conferences and club events.Besides being an author and lecturer, Charles is currently the Curator of Aquarium Projects at Steinhart Aquarium in San Francisco, California. Prior to that we worked at the Waikiki Aquarium with Dr. Bruce Carlson. Charles was also one of the driving forces behind organizing the first ever MACNA in 1989, which was held in Toronto where he lived.
