I went to Underwater World this morning with my son. We were going to pick up our first fish for my 120 gallon tank. The lone employee was finishing up his customer and went on to the next one. We waited patiently and made our choice. He finalized the transaction with this customer and then chatted with this customer leaving me and my son waiting and waiting. He could have simply told the gentleman that was there to hold on while he waited on us but that didn't happen. I will not be back. I have a brand new reef tank and plenty of money to spend but not a single dollar of mine will be going to this establishment.
