i just bought a royal urchin today brought it home and slowly dripped water into the bag. but when i just put it in my tank it started to squirt white stuff off of it's body, it's not a whole lot but wondering if this is something i should be worried about

I don't know if this helps, but I've seen sea hares secrete a white cloudy substance into the water and didn't harm anything. It seems like some sort of defense similar to ink, which larger sea hares do squirt.
