Water Storage Tank Sources?

I am looking for something like this reasonably local...

It costs nearly as much to ship one of these things as it does to purchase. I don't mind a little driving to get it, as long as I don't burn over $110 in gas to get there and back (that's the shipping cost for one of these). I wouldn't mind something of even higher capacity, but it must stay 28" or under in diameter, and I would like a minimum of 160 gallons of capacity. Also, I want one container of at least 160 gallons of capacity, not multiples adding up to that amount.

There's a place in RI that sells them preety cheap, new I think a 55gallon drum with a removable clamp style top is like $68 they may have larger, i will look into it. Just a good gauge of pricing i think a 30 gallon is $8 less.

I would really just prefer a PE drum, I have enough DIY's in the works as it is.
