Test Results....any advise?

Thanks for the results. I have been looking forward to what they would look like done by the pro's vs. me! Anyone want to weigh in on what adjustments should be made, and more importantly how? I have a bioincs two part, as well as a ph adjust powder. But I don't feel confident in all this. Also, plenty of test kits!!
Stats: 75g, approx 50+LR, to many fish (I know) 5 cromis, blue hippo, yellow tang, coral beauty, foxface. 30ish hermits, 15 or so snails, two cleaner shrimp. Have some pulsating xina, bta, torch coral, and bubble coral. Tanks is 8mo old. Ramora pro, two turbo's, canister w/o sponge (live rock/charcoal. Everything is doing great, except the trorch coral, a few heads died.

I'll shut up now.......and listen. Thanks Tom

Phosphate is awefully high. Any chance the container you put the sample is might have been dirty? If no, you may want to get a better skimmer, not feed as much, use a GFO phosphate remove, or add a refugium and grow some macro algae for nutrient export.

Salinity is a little low. I'd add some more saltwater and let some water evaporate from your system. That should bring calcium up to about the right level. Might be worthwhile then to boost magnesium a bit. Try to get it back to 1300 ppm. You can do this with MgCl2 or MgSO4 (epsom salts).
