Water under tank on a rug with padding causing mildew

Hey there,

I had some water under the tank (not from the tank but from flooding) and am removing all the padding around the tank but don't want to move my 90 gal to get at the padding under the tank. Will this cause mildew or mold to grow under the tank? Thoughts/recommendations are welcome! Please note that this is an apartment and I'm planning on moving within the year.
