IE ("Internet Explorer")
IE is somewhat more complicated to force the ActiveX plugin from the camera, to install.
So you will need to create a text file. You can use Windows Notepad if needed. Then copy/paste the below.
<html>
<head>
</head>
<body>
<object id=ipcam name=test align=baseline height=0 width=0 border="0"
CLASSID="clsid:3746422E-4692-4429-9698-E3EB34FE07BC"
codebase="http://cam.pebblereef.com/FSIPCam.cab#VERSION=3,0,0,0">
</body>
</html>
Then save that file and then rename that file to PluginIE.htm
Open a IE browser window and then open PluginIE.htm.
This should prompt you to install the ActiveX plugin for IE.
