What kind of tile do you use for egg laying?

I just bought a small time for under $1 at a store the other day. Plan on letting it soak/cure in water change water for a week before putting it in. What else are people using?

I used a rock hard reefs frag tile. I made a stand to hold the tile over a bubbler, worked mint.
My other pair spends 99.9% of their day in a clay pot

I'll get a pic of the stand when I get home for lunch. It's just pieces of egg crate glued together.
My first few clutches without it had terrible hatch rate. Talked with Rick and he told me I should try to make a stand and this is what I came up with. Hatch size on the stand was vastly superior

Simple design, little flimsy honestly
Could make something better out of acrylic

Awesome thanks!!! I have plenty of egg crate as well as some other materials I could use!!!

That's all I could find as well for them. I messaged them on their FB page waiting for a reply just didn't know if there was a website I was missing...

I'm not sure if he is doing frag tiles anymore but yes brs sells them. Next day off I'll finally get my rotifers going, if you still need some I'll give you a tile with the rotifers. It's just a 3"x3" ceramic tile, but I think the clowns really like how smooth it is
