A long, long time ago, I purchased a PhosBan reactor (for use as an activated carbon filter) for my new system. In the process of setting it up, I lost the o-ring!
I called Two Little Fishies down in Florida, and they sent me a replacement o-ring free of charge in the mail that day. I needed to get that filter up and running, so I was very pleased when it came.
I just felt it was very nice of them to do so (without me even asking and with me offering to pay them), so I thought I would post here,
