looking for aquarium plumbing help-

Hi folks-

I am having plumbing difficulties with my reef tank.
Short story: it is a drilled tank (two bulkheads) and they are noisy (and have been unreliable in the recent past).

Currently - water level vacilates an inch or so and noise accompanies it.
Some stupid thing, I am sure.
Air bubbles in the line, whatever...

I don't have the time or expertise to monkey with this and need to find someone I can hire to fix this problem for me, once and for all.

Any suggestions?
thanks...

Do you have an internal overflow? If so do a search for durso standpipe. If you just have bulkheads and no overflow search for external durso.

exernal durso?

Hi-

I previously tried an external durso on each return, but didn't have much success. Couldn't seem to get it regulated correctly, then had a consultant in who suggested I pull them, and installed airline hose sticking out of and running through the screens, and down into the return lines. Does this give the same benefit as a durso?

Where can I get an adjustable external durso?
Does such a thing exist?

thanks for the suggestions, please keep them coming.

Jim
