29 gal fowlr too much flow?

as the title says.. do I have too much flow for a 29 gal fowlr..
I presently have a hydor koralia 2(600gph) and 3(850gph) in the tank plus a refugium running at about 200gph .
with Rock, and sand displacement.. I'm estimating 25 gallons of water in the tank..
skimmer will be added later..adding to flow...
my calculations say that I have a turnover rate of 66.. too much?

Really no such thing as too much flow in a fowlr unless u have weak swimming fish... I think ur fine, no worries...

I had my old 29g running @ 110x flow (4x800gph)and it was a mixed reef with mostly softies. Yours will be fine
