So noticed my alk head on doser burnt out and wasn’t dosing and all went from 8.7 to 6.9! How can I raise it without causing damage!?

Slowly.
If you were to raise it back up too fast you'll likely cause more damage.
Typically I think the recommended ammount is no more than 1dkh per day. I do .5 myself

I'd say manual dose until it's where you want then go back to whatever you had to dose to keep stable

Yeah I kept wondering why my alk kept dropping so fast so I went to calibrate the doser and noticed the head for my alk was burnt and not dosing. Do u know if I would have to stop dosing cal until I bring up my alk? Cal is at 425

Just be sure when you're manually dosing the alk you arent doing it when Ca is being dosed by the pump. Otherwise it will precipitate
