Alternatives to Quartine Tank for Coral or Fish

My current living situation does not allow me to reasonably keep a quartine tank. What is the best alternative practice for introducing new corals and fish?

Well, corals you could just follow an aggressive dip process and try to eject/kill off as many hitch-hikers as you can. Couple buckets/bowls should be enough to do that.

For fish, maybe find someone who'd host them in their QT for you for a while before you introduce them to your tank. LFSes sometimes have tanks that are seperate from their store system for QT purposes. You might be able to pay them to host the fish for you for a bit.

You could freshwater dip fish before adding them.
