ANthing I should know about Ushio 250 mogul bulbs?

Actually, the Ushio 250 is more efficient on a magnetic ballast. It puts out more than 30% more light than on an Icecap according to Sanjay's tests, http://www.manhattanreefs.com/lighting

True enough I guess, but those 33ppfd's come with the price tag of an additional 70 or so watts (that's a 28% increase in per bulb operating cost). If I am reading that correctly, the difference in efficiency is about 2.7% in favor of the mag ballast, not a huge #. With such a small diference in efficiency, for the average reefer I guess it comes down to a decision between more light or a smaller electric bill.
