I am trying to figure out a way to move my aquarium , store it until I buy a new house . I cannot think of any solution except put it into the storage container with the other furniture we will be loading into it with the movers.

Does anyone have any ideas or input?

Are you moving locally, or very far away? If you can’t find someone to hold it for you, you can always rent a storage space and keep it there. Just build a dolly to roll it around and you’re good to go.

in the short term it will be fine. the issues show up in extreme temps, over prolonged periods. the trim shrinks and cracks, and on large tanks glass scalloping more likely. that's been my experience. as for its move, i'm sure it's like getting live fish delivery, it will depend on how the handlers view their job.
