I use the Aqueon pro heaters as well, and they seem to be relatively reliable and inexpensive. I have them on a Reefkeeper.
Be careful which Cobalt Neotherm you buy. There is one model (200W?) that is well-known to fail and leak toxins into the tank. The theory is that there is a poor design that allows water into the plastic, where it steams and ultimately blows out the plastic, leaking epoxy gel into the tank. There is a large thread of RC.
