So I have used Salifert CA test since the beginning of time. Recently my CA was a little low so I started increasing my doser, I have been adding coral so this did not surprise me. I received my new CA test kit last week and my CA was off the charts. I would expect a slight difference but not from 450-460 to emptying the entire syringe without a color change. Is anyone using a calcium monitor? ie Pinpoint. How accurate? Happy with the investment?
