If going HOB route Check out the tidal 35 or 55 by seachem or a good old aquaclear with an Intank media basket

I run I believe an Aquaclear 50 on a 29 with bio media in the chamber. Works pretty good.

Not 100% as I have not been there yet but I'm sure All things aquatic has one.
