Hey guys I’m back in thanks to @Chris.sturgis hooking me up with his 20 gallon. I’m now in need of some fish! Not looking for free, but probably shouldn’t spend too much. So I figured I would post on here to see if anyone might have one or more of what I’m looking for.

Here are the fish I’m looking for mainly for some color and to show the relationships created in reefs as this is one of the chapters that I teach for science.

Actively looking for:

-Candy cane pistol shrimp with a black ray goby or yasha goby( saw one at my local petco for $50, so that may be my splurge )
-Scarlet reef crabs
-Blue leg crabs
-some type of siphon with a wide mouth to clean sand.

Possibles:
-Royal gramma
- Firefish or purple firefish

Initial set-up this afternoon:

I will probably be setting up a “build” thread for my classroom animals as I’m getting quite a collection.

So don’t need a shrimp goby now. Picked up the yasha goby at petco for $50 along with some clean up crew hermits. Realized I had several gift cards from students from Christmas!

Yes, I split the goby and hermits into separate bags while they acclimate. Don’t want a missing fin.
