Fish Goo

[Troubleman]

Any one have a recipe for fish goo, and where I can pick up some of the ingredients. I know a lot of it is fresh seafood and shellfish from local market, but most add garlic ( fresh clove?), nori( same stuff from pet store or sushi market?), vitamins ( what type and where to get?), etc, etc, etc.

Color Enhancing Flake Food ( all set)
Granulated Fish Food
Selcon
Vitamin C
Castor Oil
Reef Vitamin and Mineral Suppliment
Garlic (all set)
Basic Liquid Filter Feeder Food (all set)
Dried Plankton suppliment
Decapsulated Brine Shrimp Eggs(allset)
Nori (all set)
Mysis Shrimp
Rotifer Perls (brineshrimp direct)
Frozen Brine Shrimp

cyclopeze (all set)
Blender (all set ) maybe 1 other if someone has a waste one sitting around

Ok there's the ingredients. Where do I get:
Selcon ?
Vitamin C, liquid, tablets, ????
Garlic Is this fresh, whole garlic or powder?
Plankton ?
Decapsulated brine shrimp ?
Rotifier perls, what is this is and where?

And what are the quantities of this list, I really don't need to make much, don't need it going bad. I assume I freeze it, but don't need to store more than 6 months supply at a time.
