Fish wound care

Hi All!
I think this is some kind of wound on my clownfish. The fins have been like that for years, so I’m not concerned about that.
It does hang out in a BTA, and doesn’t have any other fish pick on it so I can’t imagine it’s from another fish.
Anyone have any input? Does it look like something else?
Can anyone recommend any kind of treatment other than time?

No. The location of the anemone makes it a hard fish to observe, but I will spend more time observing it tomorrow.
