Flow rate in Display tank.

How's it going guys. I have a 30gal display tank. I am trying to figure of what pump I want to use for circulation in my tank. I am thinking Koralina One. I just don't know what flow rate to go with. Any help, I would appreciate that.

Is it a 30 gallon long or cube?
I found Koralia one is gutless and doesn't move enough water in a 20 L tank. I used a Seio prop pump 520 and barely had some water movement.
A Koralia evo 750 should be better.

Its a 30L, Thanks for the info, Is the Koralia Evo as quiet as the Ones? Sorry I am just new to all this.

It is very quiet, I cant hear any noise from it at all

get a jebao wp25.adjustable flow and would be great if you want to upgrade tank later on.
