Frozen cyclopeeze vs Dry?

I've used up all my cyclopeeze that I got at the meeting a couple months ago. (thank you Dima!!!) Now I want to buy some more but... the price scares me. so what is the difference between the freeze dried and the stuff We got at the meeting. is the nutritional value any better with one or the other?

The problem, if one at all, is that you should pre-soak the dry cyclopeeze (~20 minutes in a small bottle of your tank water) prior to feeding your tank. This will allow the cyclopeeze to re-hydrate so that it will not just float at the top.

I have used both and have not noticed a difference in terms of nutritional values.
