Frozen fish food

Hello all
I’ve been feeding my fish human grade shrimp for a little while now and now my toad stool and cabbages don’t want to come out I heard someone say that there’s phosphates on the shrimp if that’s true what’s the best way to to get it off the food how do people feed there tanks with human grade seafood thanks

It’s a lot cheaper to get the uncooked deveined shrimp my puffers love them
