Gauging Interest/Recommendations 125G Reef

I'm dreading it but am being forced by my parents to sell the reef since I will be graduating and going to college in less than a year. I'm wondering if it's easier to try to sell my reef as a whole or just start with the livestock and sell an empty setup. Feel free to pm me if you're interested in buying it but I also just wanted to hear recommendations if anyone has any. Never sold a tank before lol.
