grape caulerpa problems

hi all. i have been told some tangs will eat this, anybody had luck with a specific species. or anything else eat it. thanks

my yellow, sailfin and Naso eat it like crazy.. as well as my foxface.

thanks for the reply. been thinking about a kole tang. i cant believe people put this stuff in on purpose. im also going to build a gfo reactor.

I have a kole tang and it doesn't touch it. Ten again your experience may be different.

Update, I figured out my problem. my skimmer wasn't working properly. It was pulling some skim but not a lot (tank is not heavily stocked). So I didn't think much of it.
I was actually ready to shut down the tank I was so fustrated. I hope this helps anyone else with the same or similar problem. Tank is looking better by the day and i even stopped using GFO.

I can't keep growing enough grape caulerpa for my unicon tang. He ate close to a 40 gallon breeder full of them in the past six month.

Manual removal has worked best for me. Looks like I got the short end of the straw because both my foxface and kole tang would never touch the stuff.
