Hi All,

i’m one year into this hobby. At first i wanted to keep fish only but quickly got into coral addiction particularly hammer and torch coral. Im puzzled by the fact one torch/hammer will slowly die off when others do well. I would assume all will suffer if they are all under the same tank parameters. Like i saw one was doing well and starting to split then went down hill and died. And again, all others were fine. Is it just part of reefing? Some corals dont belong to my tank?
Looking forward to your thought and opinions.

Best Regards
Kin

I am finding that Euphyllia Corals like the Mg closer to 1300 or higher. Just an observation. And there's a couple YouTube vids as well as other info to back this. But stable alk and calcium is also necessary.
