ID Help please

About a dozen of these just showed up this morning on my glass. Hard to get them in focus.

Any help with ID or what to do with them is appreciated.

It’s really hard to see in the picture could possibly be hydroids
 
Thanks for white light suggestion! I can’t take photos of them with the white light because they are too small. But I did notice that there are some in my rocks and they kind of look like multiple blades of grass from one attachment point.

I was researching pests, but will focus on algae now.
 
Just thumbed through your posts, if you tank is new and you used dry rock like your first post states. Just keep an eye on stuff as you'll have all sorts of algae to come. I'm about 14 months in on this system and still deal with some different algae
