This has been sitting in my tank for the past couple weeks. don't know where is came from. or what it is. hard to tell in the pictures but it is bright yellow between the rocks and stuff.

Is the pointy part maybe a toothpick? Used to pierce a leather frag?

pointy part is a rib i suspect. I lost a fairly large sailfin last year.

Yeah sponge. I have that one likes lower light/under the rocks. Nice colors to it
