ideas on hanging lights

Ok, so I built a custom hood/frame to hang my lights looks something like this.
(could someone please point me to instructions on how to post a picture)

x = MH fixtures

- - = 36" PC

0 = eye hooks in fixture.

Tank is built in the wall as a room devider.

I am trying to find a solution that will easily
balance the unit, center it on the tank and allow my to raise and lower it.


Any ideas?

Yea that looks good.
I have 2 questions:
How do you lock it so it stays in place?
Do you have to mount the brackets in the ceiling into a stud or are they ancher bolt?

Oh and 3rd question. Do you work each side seperately?
