The 2' pillars are now in place to hold up my eventual 125g tank.
At this rate, I should be stocking the tank in October. ;)

Go Moe! You're even slower than I am! Well, maybe not that slow but... Let me know if you need any Anthelia or Xenia when you get the tank up.

Yeah, setting up my 125g took a while. I know I rushed a lot of it. BUt w/the old tank leaking, and our move; I had no choice. I haven't really had to do back & redo anything major, but there are things I would do different (and will on the 340...I mean 180)

Moe, You know what they say about the best intentions. You will actually be done before you know it. Plus, this way you don't actually "Notice" that you are becoming poor. LOL Maybe by then I will have something to donate to your tank if you are interested. Good Luck !

My big dig is in my back yahd. Discovered what I thought were multiple stumps from 4 different trees in the back yard near the house. The neighbor just informed me that it wasn't 4 trees...it was one
An area about 6-7' round, that when you take a pry bar & send it into the ground only penetrates about 1"
I'm digging up roots, I'll need a backhoe for whats left of the trunk...if I can even get it out

After watching Gustavo's new 120g tank set up yesterday, I'm a little more enthusiastic about setting up my tank.
My stand was pretty much finished while I was away helping Gustavo. Now it's time to fetch the 125 and get it to my house.
I'll need 3 or 4 guys to help load/unload the tank. Right now it's in ScavDog's garage. I actually saw it for the first time after the 01May04 meeting.
After loading, I'll drive back to Hudson. There I'll need a few strong folks to help out again.
Who's up for some lifting? I'll spring for wings and beer afterward.

I live in Rockland, so not too far from Joe. I can help load if I head home, or I work in Wellesley so could help after work in Hudson one day...or mayeb on both ends if you need me.
Bout time you got wet again, no fun the rest of us being miserable without you :D

Moe,

I've got the herniated disk thing happening and can't lift. But I'm one heck of a foreman  Seriously, let me know if you need anything other than the back!

David

Hey Moe, you know that I will be there to help you out, load and unload.

Gustavo

If the move is not a weeknite, I can draft Doug and the Suburban. We are getting good moving tanks to and from Scotts's. Amazing how fast you can tear down and move 125 to 180 gallon tanks with enough buckets.
