I've had a Sundial on my 30 gallon cube for about 7 months. It's great and it has timers built in too! The Current bulbs are junk, You'll end up replacing them within 6 months. I went with DD-Geisemann bulbs 2-pure actinic, 1-aquablue+ and 1-actinic+, It looks great, a little on the blue side like a Pheonix 14k bulb but nice. I have LPS on the bottom, 21", of my tank doing real well.

I figured i'd end up replacing some bulbs reguardless. But thank you for the input and review of the fixture, that is the reason why i started this topic!

if you consider lumens per watt then figure price, the pc beat just about every bulb out there
as far as par goes that depends on the color of light used. you will get the best growth from 5300k and 6500k
