I’m looking to buy emerald crabs close to Boston, I read they will help clean up my algae problem.

I just moved like 4 of these in my sump. Watch out because they might eat sps. Also one was picking at my yellow leather coral. But these are amazing at eating bubble algae. So that problem is gone for me. Just need to replace some corals

Thanks for the heads up. Is it better to go with an angel fish? I was thinking of getting a lemon peel angel, but I also read they might also eat corals.

Yeah sounds risky as well. Best bet is to start hand picking the algae, and control it by lowering your nutrients..
