Looking to get back into hobby(Fish Only)

Its been a few years but I think Im ready to set up another tank. I am looking to do a tank with a bunch of cool fish(i.e tangs, angels, wrasse, etc) for my daughter to view. How big do I need? What else is neccesary w/o the reef??

If you're going to do a FO i'd go with at least a 125 gallon...something at least 6 foot long so you can put in almost any fish

+1 I would also go with the 125 lots of room for fish to swim.

Skimmer
Heater
Covered top for a wrasse (mesh netting works well)
Some light but does not need to be super bright. Could be just a few t5 or a few led, retro would work
Use ro water

a good skimmer would be best with a large tank, which u will need for that described bio load..............................maybe a fuge also for the skimmer and macro algae
