my firefish went to fish heaven

i asked earlier today about him, and i got what was comming to me. He spooked and jumped out of the back of the tank while i was cleaning up, i had my music on and i never saw him jump. He jumped out the back behind the tank which made it even harder to find him. He was out of the water for about 5-10 minutes, i put him back in the sump and he started to come around. He was swimming around in the sump for a little bit, and when i went back about an hour later he was face down in the rocks....dead...

I didn't even have enough time to move him to another tank
I hope he likes fish heaven

Oh no! sorry to hear. I hate jumpers so much. I'm always paranoid about jumpers. I could never have an open top tank and fish, even though i love looking down on tanks.

They are just such pretty fish to pass up though.
