Did you figure out the bulkhead issue?

That bulkhead is designed to have a pvc pipe glued into it. Then you can slide the hose over the pvc pipe.

Yeah you're going to need a piece of PVC between the bulkhead and hose. Picture is misleading but it looks like a 1" bulkhead.

Hi

I'm planing to connect eshoppe pf800 overflow to Aqueon serie3 tomorrow. I have little to no knowledge of pluming at all so i beg some advises.

1. Will this thing seal the connection from overflow box to drain pipe?

Looks like they already have you straightened out on the PVC glue

2. Do i need any connector here? or just tight fit it in?

I would run spaflex from the bulkhead to the sump and loose everything they sent you, then you only have one glued joint that could fail.
You have enough to worry about using the HOB overflow

3. I know this part suppose to make drain noise quiet but how do i install?

This goes in side the overflow box the clear tube should stick out of the water when the overflow is running
not sure how well it works I always use a stockman MOD on HOB overflows.

all set,my sump is up and running now. That being said, it brings me to another minor problem, noise!!!.

Eshopps pf800 overflow box makes a loud burping noise every 10 seconds, and despise installing thier tiny pvc device, it still not quiet.
