Nova Extreme Ballast question

Hey Everyone,
I bought a Nova Extreme t-5 fixture a few months back. The lighting was amazing, but after a couple of weeks 2 of the ballasts blew out!!. I brought the fixture back and was promptly given a new one, but after a few more weeks the same thing has happened!! Does anyone have any ideas as to why my ballasts keep burning out? The first time I thought it was a factory defect, but now i'm not so sure.

Did you get a 4xt5 or 2xt5?

I have the 8Xt5. 4 10K and 4 actinic

I have the 48" 8x54 Nova Extreme and to tell you the truth I have not had any problems with mine. How do you control your lighting through the day and night. I have the actinic 3 hours from when I wake up then full spectrum for 4 hours, then actinic for another 3 hours, then I have my moonlights on. That is how I've been doing it and it works well for me and my corals love it.
