I found an old thread where you reported success with a calcium reactor.

Is this the reactor you purchased?

I've had my eye on this one. It looks like it's pretty well constructed. I should note that this will be for a 120 gallon tank with approximately 100 gallons of sump etc in the basement, so essentially 220 gallons total.

Tagging along, I'm researching a ca reactor for my 210.......

As I understand it, sump size doesn't matter for a ca reactor. just display size and the growth of corals and stuff in there. it is what is being taken out of the water that is important for sizing these, not the ammount of water.

Only a small amount of this volume will be used as a sump. The rest will be used as propogation tanks etc.

Even though, I'm still looking for a report from Nuno on this reactor.
