Please help me ID possible pest.

I always ask myself it it looks like a pac man ghost slowly sliding across the glass. They do come in tons of different varieties, but to my eye the Pac man ghost comparison seems to work :)

OMG, check this one out. This link has about every freakish strange and outright scary looking worm I've ever seen. Flat worms are the most benign looking things on the whole page, and they are at the very bottom.

Here's a pic of a kind that I've seen many times locally, quite red and usually pretty large and obvious

They are all the same oval shape - around 10% of them have a visible black dot on one end.
