What does everyone commonly do to go from 11/2 pvc to the bulkhead of a tank 3/4? Slip pvc inside or go abit larger and glue the crap out of the threads and go outside? Just recently changed my plumbing and used vinyl tubing to go over threads but it wont stop dripping.

IIRC there is such thing as a T that's 1.5" top and bottom with either a 1" or 3/4" going into the center. Otherwise you should be able to assemble what you need with a couple of bushing style reducers to bring the 1.5" down to 3/4".

Nothing is meant to go over the threads on a bulkhead and I'd assume that it would be extremely difficult to get a good seal with vinyl tubing.
