Recomendation on an external overflow box and return pump

I am changing my 55 gallon tank from a crappy hang on the back skimmer to a sump with a skimmer in it. Need a recomendation on what overflow box brand and size to get? I am going to be using a used reef Octopus skimmer in the sump with a wet/dry filter (bioballs) any thoughts on which to use for the box would be appreciated!

I use and am very happy with a glass-holes overflow (you drill through the side of the tank). Check out glass-holes.com FMI. Comes with the glass drill and I had no problems drilling my 40B.

+1 on glass holes they have a 10% off coupon on overflows till the end of the month if im not mistaken
